“ADVANCED WORKSHOP Level Two"

DATES: 3rd Term 2010 - Tuesday 5th October to 16th September (10 weeks, each session 2.5 hour)
TIMES: 7.00pm - 9.30pm
VENUE: The Rehearsal Room, 18 Clendon Road, Armadale.

These classes explore the acting process and are designed to assist the individual members of the group achieve their specific developmental goals - ask about your interests and needs. The classes initially work on scenes from Soapies and Series and work through to sophisticated feature film scenes. Richard works with the actors to identify technique and to analyse its effectiveness. Indviduals work at identifying their own goals, expanding and freeing their performance process. Some remarkable journeys unfold.

Actors in this workshop have a working understanding of Rehearsal Room process. If you are planning on starting at this level you may have to audition.

The final exercise of the course is a simulated shoot. Rehearse, block and shoot scripted scenes. Each actor appears in two scenes which are edited later for viewing.

THE COST: $540 (including GST) - for 25 hours tuition over 10 weeks (ENROL BEFORE 11th DECEMBER 2009 AND SAVE $45)

MAXIMUM OF 8 ACTORS per class - BRING A VHS TAPE AND RECORD YOUR WORK.
