“ADVANCED WORKSHOP Level One" - on a Sunday

Sunday 8th August to 12th September 2010 (4 hour sessions)

- 6.00pm (ALSO AVAILABLE WEEKNIGHTS)
VENUE: The Rehearsal Room, 18 Clendon Road, Armadale.
Build on the skills developed in the "Acting for Television Introductory Workshop". This workshop is open to any actor who believes their performance process is above the basics. - more knowledge, more experience and more confidence - Work on active listening, build moments of surprise and develop impulse skills. The aim, to produce a confident, open and relaxed screen 'inter-actor'. Make your process work for you. Understand how impulses work - how we can trust them - how we can control them. |

THE COST: $540 (including GST) - for 24 hours tuition over
6 weeks (ENROL BEFORE 11th DECEMBER 2009 AND SAVE $45) MAXIMUM OF 8 ACTORS per class. This workshop is for those who have an understanding of the fundamentals of acting process. It re-enforces established skills and has a special emphasis on listening and responding to impulse. It will build trust and confidence, and strengthen skills in playing 'moments of surprise'. On the final day participants will present their work to casting agent Nick Hamon. |
