Terms and Conditions
NOTE: Fees for classes may change from one term to the next but they will not alter for individuals who have paid a deposit in advance of any annoucement of new fees. Deposits will be returned if a class is cancelled.
Summer Intensive (5 day workshop)
Enrolments for these Workshops are only formally confirmed once a One Hundred and Fifty Dollar deposit has been received.
There is an automatic cut-off point once 8 positions have been filled.
There is a maximum of 8 participants in each group.
The deposit is none refundable in the event of the applicant's withdrawal from the workshop although by negotiation (on some occasions) it may be transferred to another workshop enrolment.
If the Workshop is not held the deposit will be refunded.
The remainder of the full amount is payable at the start of the first session.
It is the actors responsibility to organise their attendance at the classes. No refunds are made for missed classes.
The Rehearsal Room is under no obligation to make up missed sessions which are an actor's responsibilty.
Additional sessions will be included to make up for any class The Rehearsal Room fails to provide.
Missed classes cannot be carried as credit for other workshops
Enrolments for these Workshops are only formally confirmed once a Fifty Dollar deposit has been received. The remainder is payable on the first night. (However paying the full fee in advance is encouraged where possible)

In the event an actor withdraws before the commencement of the class and the fee has been paid in advance Fifty Dollars of the total fee for the term is an administration fee and will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given once the term has commenced.

Sometimes it is possible to pick up a missed class by joining with another group or organising a special private lesson at a mutually satisfactory time. (An extra group session is only practical if the extra lesson is with a group which is not at its maximum capacity.)

Participants agree to supply various items/props they may feel they may need for the workshop.
Some of the shot scenes will be edited and a tape of these will be supplied to fee paying participants.
It is not guaranteed that a completed edit of the entire script will be available.

No refunds are given once the fee is paid.
Late enrolments may pay on the night.
It is always advisable to make a phone booking if the enrolment is a late one.
