"TV Presenter Show Reel" and "Voice Over Demo" WORKSHOPS
You now believe you are ready to market yourself as a TV Presenter and/or Voice Over artist. WHY?
You are ready because you have completed the prior workshops AND because Richard and John have assessed you to be appropriately skilled.
The quality of your showreel/demo is critical. Casting Directors, Producers, Production Houses, Directors often only take a few seconds of listening or watching your work to form an opinion. A show reel primarily sells your skill. There is no point in preparing a show reel or demo if your skill level is not at a professional level. The Rehearsal Room will give you clear advice about your capabilities and your readiness.
"TV Presenter Show Reel" WORKSHOP DATES: Class will be scheduled as Presenters become ready
for them 2 preparation classes - Through these sessions we will organise and approve your content and polish your skills. 1 day shoot - The duration of the days shoot will depend on the number of presenters in the group. If it is a group of 6 (maximum) it will be an 8 hour shoot. The camera used will produce satisfactorily high quality for a DVD. editing sessions - Editing will be organised over the subsequent fortnight. Arrangements for copying and printing will be made by each individual. The Rehearsal Room can offer advice and support with this process. COST: $540 (including GST) - for 16 hours tuition over

"Voice Over Demo" WORKSHOP DATES: Class will be scheduled as Presenters become ready
for them 2 preparation classes - Through these sessions we will sort through the maze of potential material then organise and edit your selected content. 2 rehearsal sessions - Practice recording your demo in a state of the art studio where the most up to date skills and equipment in the industry are brought to bare on your well prepared material. It will hone your material and sharpen your skills. recording - This is where the benefit of practice and familiarity will produce the best demo possible. editing sessions - Editing will be organised over the subsequent fortnight. Arrangements for copying and printing will be made by each individual. The Rehearsal Room can offer advice and support with this process.
